- 2 packages Coleman Natural Uncured Bacon
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
2 In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
3 Lay out each strip of bacon on baking sheets, being sure to space so they are not touching.
4 Generously sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture on top.
5 Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired bacon crispiness.
6 Plate and serve!
