INGREDIENTS
2 packages
Coleman Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Lay out each strip of bacon on baking sheets, being sure to space so they are not touching.
Generously sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired bacon crispiness.
Plate and serve!
