Cranberry-Orange Ham Glaze

1 Preheat oven to 300F. Cook spiral ham for 12-15 minutes per pound, covered with foil.

2 While ham is cooking, add butter and sugar to a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until melted and combined and just starting to boil.

3 Add in orange marmalade and stir to combine. Again bringing to a boil.

4 Add in cranberries. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

5 Uncover and smash the cranberries with the back of a spoon (they should be very soft by now). Stir and then set aside.

6 About 30 minutes before ham is done, remove ham from oven, increase oven temp to 325F. Uncover and pour over glaze. Use a brush to spread the glaze all over.

7 Return ham uncovered back to oven and cook the remaining 30 minutes.

8 When ham is done, broil on high for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
