Spinach and Ham Quiche

  • Leftover Coleman Natural Ham
  • 1 pie dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, or whole milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Frozen chopped spinach, squeeze/drain as much liquid out as you can
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2 Roll out pie dough in pie dish, set aside.

3 In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk or cream.

4 Add in ham, spinach, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until combined well.

5 Pour egg mix into pie dough.

6 Bake for 20 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.

7 Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
