Oven Roasted Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
- 10 slices Coleman Natural Bacon
- 20 asparagus stalks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Preheat oven to 400° F.
2 Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
3 Wrap 2 stalks of asparagus with a slice of bacon.
4 Place 10 bundles of bacon-wrapped asparagus on baking sheet.
5 Drizzle asparagus ends with olive oil.
6 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7 Bake until asparagus is cooked through and bacon is crisp, about 20 minutes.
