Grilled Ham Steaks with Goat Cheese and Fresh Peaches
1 Pre-heat grill to 350° F.
2 Slice peaches in half, remove pits. Coat cut side with olive oil, set aside.
3 Divide goat cheese into four equal parts, 2 ounces each, set aside.
4 Grill peaches, cut side down, until they begin to soften and char slightly.
5 Grill ham steaks until warmed all the way through.
6 To assemble, placee each ham steak on a plate. Top with 2 ounces of goat cheese and then place 2-3 grilled peach halves on top of goat cheese.
7 Serve with a green salad for the perfect meal.
