Grilled Ham Steaks with Goat Cheese and Fresh Peaches
- 4 Coleman Natural ham steaks
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 4-6 fresh peaches, depending on size
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing peaches
Pre-heat grill to 350° F.
Slice peaches in half, remove pits. Coat cut side with olive oil, set aside.
Divide goat cheese into four equal parts, 2 ounces each, set aside.
Grill peaches, cut side down, until they begin to soften and char slightly.
Grill ham steaks until warmed all the way through.
To assemble, placee each ham steak on a plate. Top with 2 ounces of goat cheese and then place 2-3 grilled peach halves on top of goat cheese.
Serve with a green salad for the perfect meal.
