Ingredients

  • 4 ea. Coleman Organic Chicken Burgers
  • 4 ea. Brioche Burger Buns
  • ½ Cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 4 Slices Red Onion, cut in rounds
  • ¼ Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • 4 Leaves of Bibb Lettuce

Instructions

  • Cook the burgers as directed on packaging.
  • Toast 4 brioche buns. Assemble the burger with lettuce, red onion, and roasted red peppers, then top with bleu cheese crumbles and drizzle with buffalo sauce
