Baked Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Crostini

Indulge in the mouth-watering goodness of baked bacon wrapped shrimp crostini. Juicy, succulent shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon and baked to perfection, served on top of crunchy crostini.

  • 12 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12oz Coleman All-Natural Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 12 pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish


1 Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2 Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

3 In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4 Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

5 Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6 Brush the shrimp with the mayonnaise mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.

7 To assemble, place a piece of the crispy baguette on a plate and top with a bacon-wrapped shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
