Pizza Rolls

  • 1 package Coleman Natural Polish Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 package fresh pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano


1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

2 Heat a skillet to medium and cook sliced kielbasa until golden brown. Set aside.

3 Roll out the pizza dough on a well-floured surface into a rectangle about 16-inches long and ¼ inch thick. Cut the dough into triangles.

4 Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce on to each triangle and spread evenly with a spoon. Add kielbasa slices and mozzarella.

5 Starting with the wide edge, roll the dough, tucking the point edge under to keep it closed. Repeat until all rolls are finished.

6 Combine the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

7 Brush each roll with the melted butter and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over each.

8 Bake the rolls about 25 minutes until they have puffed and are golden with the cheese melting through.

9 Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
