Oven Roasted Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 20 asparagus stalks
  • 10 slices of Coleman bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Wrap 2 stalks of asparagus with a slice of bacon
  4. Place 10 bundles of bacon wrapped asparagus on baking sheet
  5. Drizzle asparagus ends with olive oil
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  7. Bake until asparagus is cooked through and bacon is crisp, about 20 minutes
