Crispy bacon, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, scallions, and a little garlic powder are mixed together to create a dip that family and friends will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mayonnaise, light or original
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, mild
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions, about 5-6 scallions
  • 6 slices Coleman Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Coarsely chop the bacon and slice the scallions. Reserve some for garnish.
  2. Add the two cups of mayonnaise to a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic powder.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mayonnaise as well as the bacon and the scallions.
  4. Mix to combine the ingredients well and transfer to a bowl for serving.
  5. Garnish with additional cheddar cheese and the reserved bacon and scallions.
