Million Dollar Dip

This classic and easy Million Dollar Dip takes just 5 minutes to make, and it’s a delicious centerpiece for a charcuterie board filled with veggies and carbs. A tasty and delicious dip that you can’t stop eating takes just a few ingredients to throw together. Crispy bacon, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, scallions, and a little garlic powder are mixed together to create a dip that family and friends will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mayonnaise, light or original
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, mild
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions, about 5-6 scallions
  • 6 slices Coleman Natural Uncured Bacon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Coarsely chop the bacon and slice the scallions. Reserve some for garnish.

2 Add the two cups of mayonnaise to a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic powder.

3 Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mayonnaise as well as the bacon and the scallions.

4 Mix to combine the ingredients well and transfer to a bowl for serving.
