Keto Bacon Butter Chicken

  • 1 package Coleman Natural Uncured Bacon
  • 3 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3/4 c chicken broth
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons tomato paste
Serve with a side of cauliflower rice or your favorite grain.


1 Cook bacon as directed and set aside.

2 Keep bacon grease in the pan, turn to medium heat, and cook chicken, searing on both sides until cooked through. Set aside.

3 Add butter, garlic and onions to the pan and cook until translucent. to the same pan with bacon grease and cook until onions are translucent. Add chicken broth and allow the sauce to slightly reduce. Add bacon and stir. Reduce heat to low.

4 Meanwhile cut bacon strips and chicken breasts into about 1-inch pieces.

5 Pour in the chicken broth and stir to slightly reduce, then add the bacon. Reduce heat to low.

6 Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, spices, lemon juice and tomato paste. Stir to combine and allow the sauce to simmer and reduce slightly.

7 Finally stir in cooked chicken and allow the sauce to thicken slightly before removing it from the stovetop.
