  1. Combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Place pork in a large shallow bowl and rub in the mixture all over the meat. Cover it with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. When you’re ready to cook heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove pork from refrigerator and discard any juices.
  4. Place pork in a roasting pan and cook for approximately 6 hours, basting every hour. Pork is ready when it starts to easily be removed with a fork.
  5. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings!
