Hot Honey Pork Chops
- 4 Coleman Natural boneless, center-cut pork chops
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 Heat grill, grill pan or heavy skillet to medium heat.
2 In small bowl stir together honey and hot pepper sauce.
3 Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until chops are nicely browned and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 8-10 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes prior to serving.
