Hot Honey Pork Chops
- 4 Coleman Natural boneless, center-cut pork chops
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
Heat grill, grill pan or heavy skillet to medium heat.
In small bowl stir together honey and hot pepper sauce.
Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until chops are nicely browned and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 8-10 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes prior to serving.
