Grilled Polish Kielbasa Bites



Entertaining can be effortless and fun when you have a few easy appetizer recipes up your sleeve. For a sure crowd-pleaser, grill COLEMAN NATURAL® Original Polish Kielbasa Sausage according to package directions, and then slice on the bias into bite-size pieces.  Serve on short skewers or fun toothpicks with two or three mustards for dipping.  For variety, you may wish to include a whole grain mustard, a horseradish mustard, and a dijonnaise.  Flavored mayos—like sriracha or chipotle lime—work well, too.

Grilled Polish Kielbasa bites could also be skewered with a grape or cherry tomato and a cube of cheese.
