Ground pork can be swapped out for ground beef, chicken, or turkey in many recipes. Lower in fat than ground beef, pork is a lighter addition to your recipe. But with a higher fat content than chicken or turkey, it has more flavor and can be easily adapted to cuisines and seasonings from all over the world.

Ground pork can be added to dozens of different dishes. Shape into patties for tasty pork burgers for the grill, or make meatballs to add to your favorite pasta. Crumbles make delicious filling for tacos or lettuce wraps, or a hearty addition to stir fries, salads, pizzas, and even queso. 

Make sure your pork is cooked through before serving. If you see any pink, it’s not done yet! When making patties or meatballs, check for an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
