PREPARATION & COOKING:
STOVE TOP (Preferred): Preheat sauté pan and two tablespoons of water, on medium heat. Place meatballs in pan; cook until water is completely absorbed. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté until heated through, about 12 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place meatballs in shallow baking pan and heat 8-12 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Place meatballs on microwave-safe plate. Heat 10-15 seconds per meatball.

Delicious as is, or added to your favorite recipe. Serve with marinara sauce as an appetizer. Make a delicious sub, by topping with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Toss with linguine noodles, olive oil and pine nuts.
