GOLDEN, Colo.—Sept. 11, 2008—Coleman Natural Foods recently launched a new product in the grocery aisles perfect for Oktoberfest or fall-time grilling.   The new Coleman Natural® Bratwurst made its debut last weekend at the 2008 Vail Oktoberfest in Vail, Colorado.

The Bratwurst Eating Contest, an annual favorite at Vail’s Oktoberfest, featured the new Coleman Natural® Bratwurst. Visitors to the Coleman booth were also treated to samples of the new Brat; more than 5,000 samples were handed out.Coleman Natural® Bratwurst is fully cooked and ready to grill or sauté.  With its smooth texture and delicate flavor, this sausage allows for ingredients to be loaded onto it like sauerkraut, spicy mustard, or good old fashioned German potato salad.   Coleman Natural® Bratwurst contains no artificial colors, flavors, or ingredients like Nitrates, Nitrites, or MSG.  Important to many consumers, this sausage is also gluten-free.
